Maria Kokkoni is an Executive Coach certified by the International Coaching Federation ICF and a Management & Leadership Consultant BSc, MBA, MSc. She works as an external partner with Leaders, Businesses and ordinary people on development issues, organizes seminars inside and outside organizations, participates in academic studies and writes articles on her blog and on the internet.

Maria has an innate tendency to offer to people and a unique ability to process and connect data in order to create customized optimal solutions for each problem. Her love for Leadership was born out of developing her own personal Leadership from the challenges she faced in her personal and professional life.

Her basic studies were completed in 2008 in Management at the University of Macedonia. In 2011, she successfully obtained MBA from Staffordshire University & TEI of Larissa, specializing in Human Resources Management. She is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece and holds up the A’ class Economist-Accountant license. In 2023 she enrolled in the “Life Coaching and Leadership” program of the Global Academy of Coaching, specializing in Business Coaching and certified by the ICF. At the same time, she is completing the 2nd postgraduate program in “Social and Solidarity Economy” at the Hellenic Open University, actively entering the 3rd sector of the economy. According to her professional career she has attended numerous seminars and training sessions in the sector.

For over 15 years, Maria worked in large companies in Thessaly in financial departments in accounting positions. She has led in positions of Administration, human resources management, implementation of corporate protocols and procedures, Accounting executive, Export department manager, Costing and inventory process manager, Auditor accountability manager. She excelled in procurement, purchasing, accounting and senior accounting departments, payroll, production process, employee training, implementation of multi-million-dollar investment programs. She has built excellent professional relationships with internal and external partners and worked under pressure, tension, stress and competition.

Alongside her official work, Maria supported people in Management and Leadership positions as well as Leadership personalities to face daily challenges and achieve their most ambitious goals. Worked with public sector Heads and Managers, mentored champions and supported people in new ventures.

In 2024, she made her own business in Larissa with the aim to officially support companies and individuals to develop and reach the goals they have dreamed of. As an expert in Administration and Finance, she works with companies, Cooperatives, NPOs and leaders of those who wish to take the steps towards success!
