Coaching

The coaching approach focuses in human and his development through the connection with his real self. This connection serves the person to perceive and recognize all his dimensions and how they work in each situation, and gives him the ability to reprogram anything he deems not to serve him, in the desired way.

The purpose of coaching is the harmonization and alignment of all the elements of the human being, mind, soul and body, balance and self-realization.

The coaching process is done using the method of questions, known as the midwifery method which seems to come from the ancient Greek Socrates. Through dynamic questions, the coach helps the coachee/client to turn to himself and look for the answers and solutions he is looking for.

Coaching is about the present and the future.

Coaching is not psychotherapy.

Coaching is not consulting.

Coaching has been practiced for 20 years in America, Asia and Europe with very high growth rates due to the quick results it creates in people. In Greece, it is not a recognized and institutionalized profession and is therefore not covered by an international professional legal framework. Today, there are three major recognized certification organizations worldwide that are governed by a code of ethics and conduct binding their members to the rules and obligations of the profession. The following links analyze the basic principles of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) code of ethics:
